<p>We are looking for a Sales Manager focused on cold calling. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>The role is based on working with provided lead databases and contacting potential clients by phone.</p> <p></p> <p>This is a remote position and can be either full time or part time.</p> <p></p> <p>This is a commission only position. There is no fixed salary.</p> <p></p> <p>Your income depends entirely on closed deals.</p> <p></p> <p>Sales managers earn:</p> <p>• High percentage from each closed deal</p> <p>• One time bonuses for closing new clients</p> <p>• Recurring monthly commission from active clients</p> <p></p> <p>Since our clients pay monthly for marketing services this creates long term recurring income for the sales manager.</p> <p></p> <p>All work is organized through professional tools including:</p> <p>Monday.com — CRM and task management</p> <p>RingCentral — calling system</p> <p>Zoom — meetings and communication</p> <p>We provide everything needed to succeed in sales including:</p> <p></p> <p>• Ready cold calling scripts</p> <p>• Full knowledge base about services and products</p> <p>• Structured onboarding training</p> <p>• Support from the internal team</p> <p>• Lead databases for calling and access to all necessary systems</p> <p></p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>- Good English (not necessarily perfect but confident communication is required)</p> <p>- Comfortable making cold calls</p> <p>- Responsible and organized</p> <p>- Stress resistant and motivated by results</p> <p>- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
