We specialize in providing outsourced and outstaffed QA and Art services to companies worldwide, working on everything from casual games to complex AAA projects.</p> <p><strong>SnoopGame</strong> consists of 150+ employees and has an office in Ukraine. Our company is actively developing, so we are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our team.<br /><strong><br /></strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul><li>One-time setup of infrastructure for a future office in the city;</li><li>Technical administration and technical support for office employees;</li><li>Selection, procurement, inventory, and configuration of equipment for new employees;</li><li>Maintenance of company equipment, its logistics or control of logistics between employees; </li><li>Participation in onboarding and offboarding processes;</li><li>Participation in full-department equipment inventory; working with corporate documents and spreadsheets;</li><li>Administration and improvement of the company’s infrastructure;</li><li>Technical support for company employees.</li></ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul><li>From 1+ year of experience as a System Administrator;</li><li><strong>Intermediate </strong>knowledge of English;</li><li>Experience in administering infrastructure based on Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS and Android;</li><li>Experience with AD, RDP, RDS, DNS;</li><li>Setting up and maintaining network equipment (MikroTik, Ubiquiti);</li><li>Setting up networks, VPN, monitoring and troubleshooting connection problems;</li><li>Support for office infrastructure (LAN, CCTV, access control systems);</li><li>Assembling and maintaining PCs, laptops, servers;</li><li>Working with hosting and domain providers (DNS records);</li><li>Support and administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Trello;</li><li>Selection, purchase, inventory and configuration of equipment for new employees;</li><li>Automation of tasks using scripts (Python and Apps Script).</li></ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>On-site</strong> working format;</li><li>An 8-hour workday with a 1-hour lunch break (working hours: 10:00-19:00);</li><li>20 working days of paid annual leave;</li><li>10 working days of paid sick leave;</li><li>Corporate English classes;</li><li>Gym/massage compensation;</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development;</li><li>Engaging corporate events, team-building activities, sessions with a psychologist, stretching sessions, online card games, etc.</li></ul>
